Learning and Development professional with fifteen years of experience across digital and blended learning, instructional design, training operations, and adult education — in the education, technology, and social sectors.

I have built MOOCs and online programs from the ground up, executed the digital pivot of large-scale training, and owned the full learning lifecycle: needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, learner engagement, and impact measurement. My background pairs a computer-science training with frontline operating experience, which shapes how I think about learning — as a system to be instrumented, measured, and improved, not a course to be shipped and forgotten.

Most recently I led the digital learning portfolio at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements — five MOOCs and eleven modules on Coursera and edX, grown to 28,000+ enrolments. Before that I ran operations training at scale at Swiggy, including the digital onboarding of 77,000+ delivery partners.
